This guitar plays in my opinion wonderful unplugged. I own a custom T5 and take it with me on my business trips to practice in the motel with. Plenty of acoustic sound, the sound is like it is acoustic. I've read some criticize its not acoustic enough. Well its not built like an acoustic, but has its own unique quality. Try it out at a GC, and check it for yourself.
